Return & Exchange Policy

At Osbeera, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines your rights and the procedures for requesting a return or exchange in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange for another color or product within seven (7) days from the date of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product has not been used as defined in the section below.
  • The product is returned in its original condition as received, including the original box, packaging materials, proof of purchase, and any complimentary gifts provided with the order.

The return or exchange period is calculated from the delivery date recorded by the shipping carrier. Requests submitted after the seven-day period will not be accepted, except in cases involving manufacturing defects.


When Is a Product Considered Used?

The right to return or exchange will be forfeited if the scarf or hijab shows any of the following:

  • Signs of wear, use, stretching, or fabric deformation indicating it has been worn.
  • Washing, ironing, steaming, or exposure to water.
  • Lingering odors such as perfume, smoke, incense, or perspiration.
  • Makeup stains, creams, dirt, dust, or hair.
  • Any alterations, including cutting, shortening, tailoring, or sewing.


Exchanges

  • If the replacement product is priced higher, the customer must pay the price difference before shipment. If it is priced lower, the difference will be refunded using the original payment method.
  • The replacement item will be shipped only after the original product has been received and successfully inspected.
  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will contact you to select an alternative product or arrange a full refund.
  • The customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs as outlined below.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations, returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Products deemed used according to the criteria stated above.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, incorrect washing or ironing, improper storage, or exposure to sharp objects or chemicals.
  • Promotional bundles and discounted packages. Such purchases must be returned in full as a complete bundle. If only part of a bundle is returned, the retained items will be recalculated at their original non-discounted prices, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.


Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (such as fabric damage, stitching defects, or a significant discrepancy from the product description) or receive an incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp within seven (7) days of delivery.

In such cases, Osbeera will cover all return and exchange shipping costs, and you may choose between:

  • Receiving a replacement item identical to the original order, or
  • Receiving a full refund, including shipping charges.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings or display devices.
  • Natural handmade variations in embroidered or handcrafted products.
  • Watermarks or fabric markings (such as "Made in Japan") that are part of the original fabric manufacturing process.


Shipping Costs

  • Returns or exchanges without a defect (change of mind): Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a return, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Returns or exchanges due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item: All shipping costs will be covered by Osbeera.


Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Returned products will be inspected within three (3) business days of receipt to verify compliance with this policy.
  • If the product does not pass inspection, the request will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense. Return shipping fees must be paid before the item is reshipped.
  • If the customer fails to pay the required shipping fees or collect the item within thirty (30) days, Osbeera reserves the right to dispose of the item without further obligation.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Mada, Credit Cards, and Apple Pay: 7–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
  • Tabby and Tamara: Refunds are processed according to the provider's policies, and installment plans may be adjusted or canceled by the provider.
  • Promotional coupons and discount codes are refunded as store credit only and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Osbeera's responsibility ends once the refund instruction has been successfully submitted. Any subsequent delay by banks or payment providers is beyond our control.


Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.
  • If delivery is delayed by more than fifteen (15) days beyond the agreed delivery date, for reasons not related to force majeure, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.


How to Submit a Request

All return and exchange requests must be submitted via WhatsApp only at:

Requests must be submitted within the seven-day eligibility period during business hours:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Time), excluding Fridays.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Prior approval from Osbeera is required before sending any product back.
  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, and Osbeera assumes no responsibility for them.
  • The product must be handed over to the shipping carrier within three (3) days of receiving the approved return label; otherwise, the return authorization will automatically expire.
  • The product must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for any damage resulting from inadequate packaging during the return shipment.


General Provisions

  • Return and exchange services are available only for orders delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
  • This policy is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations.
  • Osbeera reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version published at the time of purchase shall apply to that order.
  • Customer complaints will be responded to within one business day, and requests will be processed within three business days.
