Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Osbeera, we are committed to preparing and shipping orders as quickly as possible to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. This policy outlines our order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and related terms.


Shipping Coverage

Osbeera currently ships to all cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as GCC countries.


Order Processing

Orders are prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed and payment is successfully received.

Fridays and official public holidays are not considered business days.


Delivery Time

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, region, and selected shipping provider.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond Osbeera's control, including weather conditions, peak seasons, technical issues, carrier delays, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.


Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the selected shipping carrier.

The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before checkout. All charges are disclosed prior to order confirmation, and no hidden fees will be added during the purchasing process.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Shipment Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number through the Store's approved communication channels, allowing direct tracking of the shipment with the carrier.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including:

  • Full name
  • Mobile phone number
  • Delivery address
  • City and postal code (if applicable)

Osbeera shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery or Refused Shipment

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect delivery information, failure to respond, or refusal to accept the shipment, and the shipment is returned to Osbeera, the Store reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping and return costs from any refundable amount due to the customer.


Receiving Your Order

Customers are encouraged to inspect their shipment upon delivery and verify that all items have been received in good condition.

If any damage, defect, or missing item is discovered, the customer must contact Customer Support within seven (7) days of delivery and provide the necessary photos and information for review in accordance with the Return & Exchange Policy.


Special Cases

  • A single order may be shipped in multiple packages when necessary, at no additional cost to the customer.
  • If any product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, Osbeera will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate solution, including providing a replacement item or issuing a refund for the unavailable product.
